The restaurant’s space attracts Emek Hefer peopleat all hours of the day and evenings. The design concept was derived from the name of the restaurant – BULLMOSS (in Hebrew – ravenousness), which is a combination of BULL and MOSS. The five meters high space enabled a design consisting of thematic plains which join together to create one complete functional and atmospheric designed display. Lighting elements hanging from the ceiling provide warmth to create intimate eating spaces in this tall space. Material wise, the design combines cement tiles with steel nets, black writing boards with corrugated iron and bold graphics with white walls.
