Collaboration with Disk – In Pro and Nadav Hazut
Just as Rishon Letzion was the first settlement established by the pioneers of the First Aliya, the design and planning of the Visitors Center is the cornerstone of the Mitcham Ha-elefdistrict in the upcoming business city of Israel.
We chose to mark the visitors’ center as the zero point in the coordinate system, with north constituting the Y-axis and perpendicular to it is the X-axis at the zero point. This is the central arena with all the elements placed around it on the same axis.
The main arena will contain an interactive model with robotic arms, which will demonstrate the building of the new city. The model breathes life into the various parts of the complex, surveying the areas of real estate, the facilities, and the amenities which the new city promises. The model of the city will provide a comprehensive visualization of everything that the city holds, by detailed projections onto sculptural structures, a model that springs to life before the viewer’s eyes, the pulsing heart of the new city.
As the visitors make their way through the space, they will understand the location and altitude in relation to the system of coordinates.
